As the founder of U4 Social, I am a leadership & transformation coach for executives, photographer focusing on Women into the Light, poet and host of 'Through a Different Door' poetic space-cast on Spotify, and mother of, 'Dreamweaving' - a process to support you to tap into the power of your innate, liminal active imagination and make your dreams come true.
Diversity is perspective; it offers us the kaleidoscope of perceiving and experiencing the world in color, texture, and dimension. It is the core of existence and the nature of our universe. For me, at the core of diversity is belonging - how we might embrace our sixth sense and embody a sense of belonging in our body, mind, and spirit, and transcend that within and throughout how we show up in spaces our being presently occupies, and beyond - the subtle and powerful butterfly effect. My mother is Lebanese, my father is Syrian, and I am born in the US, resided in Europe for almost a decade, and have been nomadic for almost two years now.
I formerly served as the Head of Culture & Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging for a multi-national German company. I introduced and led Belonging and our global Belonging strategy as well as global Gender Equity Program in the company. n
