I design food and beverage's future by using trend insights and observing
consumer behaviors. I can solve problems based on research, strategy and
creativity to add more value to food production systems and interactions. I also work with food as a creative medium to approach meaningful food interactions that may go unnoticed on the daily basis and may lead to be forgotten.
HOW DO YOU EMBRACE DIVERSITY AND/OR UNCONVENTIONALITY?
I am a graphic designer and for several years now, I've been working with food from arts, creativity and innovation. It's a new approach and at first it was very difficult for people to understand what I was doing. With patience and trusting it was my right path, I have managed to focus my career entirely on food, providing a different perspective on the industry.
HOW DO YOU EXPRESS YOURSELF CREATIVELY?
I work with food as a medium. I use creative approaches for rethinking food production systems and highlighting real, meaningful food interactions that may go unnoticed.

I have experience in food writing, foodstyling and creative approaches with food. Besides I develop projects in food sustainability, food futures and regenerative agriculture.
